This Saturday’s (5/16) tasting is a little tour through Bourgogne featuring crisp Domaine Guy Amiot Bourgogne Aligoté Les Grands Champs 2022, fresh and mineral-driven Paul Pernot Bourgogne Côte d’Or Chardonnay 2024, elegant Domaine Lafouge Auxey-Duresses Rouge 2023, and the deeper, more structured Domaine Bart Marsannay Au Champ Salomon 2023.
