Muri-Gries Pinot Bianco 2024

A bottle of pure mountain clarity. This comes from a working monastery where winemaking has been part of daily life for centuries. It’s crisp and quietly floral, with apple, pear, and a clean alpine edge.

Valle dell’Acate “Thymbra” Vermentino 2023
Sicily, Italy
Grape: Vermentino
A bottle that smells like where it comes from. Wild thyme grows around these vineyards, and you can sense it in the wine. Bright citrus, soft herbs, and sea air. Valle dell’Acate focuses on native Sicilian grapes.

Domaine Guy Amiot Bourgogne Chardonnay Cuvée Flavie 2023

A personal wine, named for a member of the Amiot family, who have deep roots in Chassagne-Montrachet. Fresh but gently textured, with citrus blossom and soft stone fruit.

Stagard Ried Steiner Gaisberg Riesling 2021

Grape: Riesling
