My Bottle Club Valentines
These wines are romantic because they whisper. Each bottle was chosen with care; thoughtfully and intentionally. My Bottle Club members are my Valentines, and this is my love letter in bottles. Each bottle reflects a relationship, a visit, a conversation, or a long standing admiration for the hands that made it.

Domaine Les Rocailles Apremont Savoie 2024
A pure expression of the Alps, this Apremont is made from Jacquère, a grape that thrives in Savoie’s steep, limestone-rich slopes. Crisp, feather-light, and quietly mineral, it’s like breathing in mountain air. Tastes of green apple, fresh herbs, and stone after rain.
Serve with fondue, raclette, oysters, grilled trout, or a simple roast chicken.

Domaine Sylvain Langoureau Bourgogne Aligoté 2024
Grown in the Côte Chalonnaise, this is Aligoté at its best. Bright citrus, white flowers, and a clean mineral finish that keeps pulling you back to the glass. Sylvain Langoureau treats this grape with the same care as his top wines, and it shows.
Perfect with oysters, goat cheese, ceviche, or anything salty and simple.

Domaine des Geneves Chablis Premier Cru Mont de Milieu 2023
A classic Premier Cru site with sun exposure that brings generosity without losing Chablis’ signature tension. Mont de Milieu balances richness and minerality. Expect lemon peel, oyster shell, crushed chalk, and subtle texture from careful élevage.
Serve with shellfish, crab, scallops, roast chicken, or creamy mushrooms.

Albert Boxler Sylvaner 2021
From one of Alsace’s most revered producers, Boxler elevates humble grapes into profound wines. This Sylvaner is concentrated and mineral, with orchard fruit and herbs. A wine that surprises people in the best way.
Try it with roast pork, sausages, lentils, alpine cheeses, or vegetable driven dishes.

Bodegas Muga Flor de Muga Blanco Rioja 2020
This is one of the most beautiful white Riojas I know, made from Viura and Garnacha Blanca. Pear, white peach, gentle spice, and a silky texture from careful oak aging. It feels luxurious without ever feeling heavy.
Lovely with lobster, creamy poultry, roasted vegetables, or aged cheese.

Ramírez de la Piscina Rioja Reserva 2018
Traditional Rioja at heart; old vine tempranillo and patiently aged in oak. Red cherry, dried herbs, leather, and spice come together in a way that feels comforting. This is a balanced Rioja full of soul rather than too polished.
Serve with lamb, grilled meats, mushrooms, tapas, or Manchego.

Domaine Bart Bourgogne Côte d’Or Pinot Noir 2023
From Marsannay, this is a pure, honest Bourgogne Pinot Noir. Côte d’Or designation means higher quality fruit and real Bourgogne character. Red berries, gentle earth, and fine tannins make this an easy wine to love and easy to return to.
Beautiful with roast chicken, duck, mushrooms, or salmon.

Domaine René Leclerc Bourgogne Rouge 2022
From a historic Gevrey-Chambertin family, this Bourgogne Rouge drinks well above its level. Red fruit, forest floor, and a silky texture that lingers. The heritage vines and winemaking style create a wine with depth and grace.
Perfect with charcuterie, pork, roast chicken, or cozy winter meals.

Tenuta Santa Maria Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore 2021
Made using the Ripasso method (re-fermented on Amarone skins), this wine bridges freshness and richness, depth without heaviness. Dark cherry, cocoa, spice, and a plush yet balanced finish.
Serve with braised meats, pasta with ragù, aged cheeses, or an elevated pizza night.

Domaine Buisson-Battault Pommard 2017
Structured and refined, this Pommard shows dark cherry, earth, savory spice, and tannins softened beautifully by aging. Pommard with polish and a reminder that patience is often rewarded.
Wonderful with beef bourguignon, duck, mushrooms, or hearty winter dishes.

Domaine Stéphane Magnien Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru Les Faconnières 2021
From old vines in a Premier Cru vineyard, this is Bourgogne romance in a glass. Dark berries, violets, spice, and a long, graceful finish. Morey-Saint-Denis sits between Chambolle and Gevrey, combining perfume and structure beautifully.
Serve with lamb, duck, truffle dishes, or a truly special dinner.
