Crafted by the esteemed Féraud family, this white blend showcases old-vine Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Bourboulenc. The wine exudes aromas of white flowers, stone fruits, and a touch of honeyed almond. Its crisp acidity and elegant structure pair beautifully with grilled fish, creamy pastas, and soft cheeses.​

Named after the Osage Orange trees on the estate, ‘Cuvée Maclura’ is a blend of 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, and 5% Cinsault from vines averaging 35 to 60 years old. This unoaked red offers intense aromas of cassis, blackberry, and spice, with soft, ripe tannins and a lingering finish. Perfect alongside grilled meats, hearty stews, or aged cheeses.

From the heart of Bourgogne, this Pinot Noir is sourced from old vines in the Côte Chalonnaise. It presents a delicate bouquet of red berries, earthy undertones, and subtle spice. The wine’s silky tannins and balanced acidity make it an excellent match for roasted duck, mushroom risotto, or charcuterie boards.

Produced by Bodegas Ordóñez, this 100% Verdejo comes from pre-phylloxera vines planted in the late 19th century. Harvested from 2 hectares of vines aged between 55 to 75 years, this Pinot Noir from Chassagne-Montrachet offers a ruby hue with aromas of stewed red fruits and herbal freshness. The palate is rounded and generous, featuring raspberry, mulled cherry, and a touch of menthol, leading to a long, fragrant finish. Pair with rack of lamb infused with honey and rosemary or herbed lamb chops.

Winemaker Philippe Desbos selects fruit from his oldest Syrah vines, some as old as 100 years, for this special cuvée. The estate’s non-interventionist approach includes gentle foot crushing and aging in neutral barrels. Aromas of summer bramble fruit, white pepper, and licorice lead to a full-bodied palate with suave tannins and a spicy finish. Ideal with lamb, duck, or game dishes.
