May Bottle Club

May in Seattle gives us longer evenings, the first real dinners outside, and that shift toward brighter, fresher flavors with a few deeper bottles still in the mix for grilling season. This month’s lineup leans into that balance: coastal whites full of energy, classic Bourgogne from thoughtful growers, and bold reds that feel right at home with anything coming off the grill. These are wines from people who care deeply about their land, many of them family-run domaines, all making bottles that feel honest and alive.
