This month, every bottle is fresh, floral, and full of life. Bright aromatics, lifted textures, and a sense of place. From alpine vineyards, coastal hillsides, and family cellars that have been quietly perfecting their craft for generations. Perfect for spring in the Pacific Northwest, when everything starts to wake up again.


Muri-Gries Pinot Bianco 2024

Alto Adige, Italy

Grape: Pinot Bianco

A bottle of pure mountain clarity. This comes from a working monastery where winemaking has been part of daily life for centuries. It’s crisp and quietly floral, with apple, pear, and a clean alpine edge.

Pair with: Dungeness crab, halibut, or shaved fennel salad.


Valle dell’Acate “Thymbra” Vermentino 2023

Sicily, Italy

Grape: Vermentino

A bottle that smells like where it comes from. Wild thyme grows around these vineyards, and you can sense it in the wine. Bright citrus, soft herbs, and sea air. Valle dell’Acate focuses on native Sicilian grapes.

Pair with: Grilled prawns, oysters, or pasta with lemon and spring vegetables.


Domaine Guy Amiot Bourgogne Chardonnay Cuvée Flavie 2023

Bourgogne, France

Grape: Chardonnay

A personal wine, named for a member of the Amiot family, who have deep roots in Chassagne-Montrachet. Fresh but gently textured, with citrus blossom and soft stone fruit.

Pair with: Roast chicken, creamy pasta, or local cheeses.


Colutta Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli 2022

Friuli, Italy

Grape: Ribolla Gialla

A celebration of a local grape that doesn’t get enough attention. Light, zippy, and floral with green apple and citrus. Colutta is a small family estate keeping Friuli’s traditions alive.

Pair with: Sushi, ceviche, or fresh chèvre.


Stagard Ried Steiner Gaisberg Riesling 2021

Kremstal, Austria

Grape: Riesling

From one of Austria’s top vineyard sites, this is a precision wine. Lime, white peach, and stony minerality with lifted floral notes. Stagard is known for letting the vineyard speak clearly.

Pair with: Spicy Thai, smoked salmon, or sashimi.


Domaine Jean Fery Savigny-lès-Beaune Blanc “La Cabotte Aimande” 2022

Bourgogne, France

Grape: Chardonnay

A quietly beautiful wine. Almond, white flowers, and orchard fruit. Made by Jean Fery, who focuses on sustainable farming and balance.

Pair with: Seared scallops, roast chicken, or creamy seafood dishes.


Boschis Francesco Dogliani Superiore Pianezzo-Vigna dei Prey 2021

Piedmont, Italy

Grape: Dolcetto

Dolcetto at its best. Juicy, floral, and full of dark cherry and violet. Francesco Boschis is one of the producers who proves how special this grape can be when taken seriously.

Pair with: Pizza, grilled sausages, or mushroom dishes.


Ronchi Langhe Nebbiolo “Amphoris” 2022

Piedmont, Italy

Grape: Nebbiolo

A different side of Nebbiolo. Aged in amphora, which keeps it pure and lifted. Rose petals, red berries, and softer tannins. It’s all about fragrance and finesse.

Pair with: Charcuterie, duck, or roasted vegetables.


Collemattoni Rosso di Montalcino 2023

Tuscany, Italy

Grape: Sangiovese

A bright, generous expression of Sangiovese from a small organic estate near Montalcino. Cherry, herbs, and a floral lift that keeps it fresh.

Pair with: Tomato-based pasta, grilled lamb, or pizza.


Laporte Sancerre Rouge “Les Grandmontains” 2020

Loire Valley, France

Grape: Pinot Noir

Sancerre isn’t just white. This is Pinot Noir with a Loire Valley touch. Light, earthy, and floral with red berries. Farmed organically with a focus on elegance.

Pair with: Cedar plank salmon, roast chicken, or lentils.


La Spinetta Langhe Nebbiolo 2024

Piedmont, Italy

Grape: Nebbiolo

A beautifully polished Nebbiolo. Rose petals, raspberry, and fine tannins. La Spinetta brings a modern touch while staying grounded in tradition.

Pair with: Grilled steak, truffle pasta, or aged cheeses.


Gilles Robin Crozes-Hermitage “Papillon” 2023

Northern Rhône, France

Grape: Syrah

A fresher take on Syrah. Violet, blackberry, and pepper with a lighter feel. Gilles Robin farms organically and aims for balance over weight.

Pair with: BBQ, burgers, or grilled lamb.


Fratelli Alessandria Verduno Pelaverga 2024

Piedmont, Italy

Grape: Pelaverga

A rare and special bottle. Pelaverga is only grown in one small corner of Piedmont, and this producer is its reference point. Light, floral, and spicy with rose and white pepper.

Pair with: Charcuterie, roast pork, or lightly spiced dishes.


Domaine Bart Marsannay “Au Champ Salomon” 2023

Bourgogne, France

Grape: Pinot Noir

From one of Marsannay’s most exciting producers, this is Pinot with lift. Red cherry, soft earth, and floral notes. A glimpse into a rising Bourgogne village.

Pair with: Roast chicken, grilled salmon, or mushrooms.
