Schloss Saarstein Pinot Blanc 2022

Region: Saar, Germany

Grape: Pinot Blanc

The Saar is best known for Riesling, but Pinot Blanc quietly shines here. Schloss Saarstein farms vineyards on the steep slate slopes overlooking the Saar River, where cool temperatures help preserve freshness and elegance. This wine is crisp and lively with notes of pear, apple, citrus, and a touch of minerality.

Pair it with roast chicken, grilled shrimp, pork tenderloin, creamy pasta, or mild cheeses.


Schiopetto Sauvignon 2024

Region: Friuli Colli Orientali, Italy

Grape: Sauvignon Blanc

Schiopetto helped redefine modern Italian white wine by focusing on clean, expressive wines that highlight the character of Friuli. Their Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic without being overpowering, offering citrus, grapefruit, fresh herbs, elderflower, and a distinctive mineral finish.

Enjoy it with goat cheese, oysters, grilled asparagus, fresh salads, seafood, or herb roasted chicken.


Domaine Masson-Blondelet Pouilly-Fumé “D’Or et Diamant” 2020

Region: Pouilly-Fumé, Loire Valley, France

Grape: Sauvignon Blanc

Pouilly-Fumé is famous for Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone and flinty soils, which give the wines their signature mineral character. “D’Or et Diamant” is a special cuvée with added richness from extended aging while still showing bright citrus, stone fruit, and the smoky mineral notes the region is known for.

Pair it with grilled fish, scallops, sushi, goat cheese, roasted vegetables, or lemon chicken.


Lamblin & Fils Chablis Premier Cru Vaillon 2023

Region: Chablis, Bourgogne, France

Grape: Chardonnay

Lamblin & Fils has been making wine in Chablis since 1690. Premier Cru Vaillon comes from one of Chablis’ most respected vineyard sites. Unlike richer styles of Chardonnay, Chablis is known for its purity, vibrant acidity, and classic mineral character thanks to its ancient limestone soils. Expect citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a long, crisp finish.

Perfect with oysters, crab, lobster, grilled white fish, roasted chicken, or creamy cheeses.


Stagård Ried Steiner Hund Riesling 2021

Region: Kremstal, Austria

Grape: Riesling

The Steiner Hund vineyard is one of Austria’s historic vineyard sites, planted on rocky primary soils that help produce intensely mineral wines. Stagård’s Riesling balances bright citrus, peach, apricot, and floral aromas with lively acidity and remarkable precision.

Serve with spicy Asian dishes, fresh seafood, pork, roasted vegetables, or simply enjoy on its own.


Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux Bourgogne Côte d’Or Blanc 2022

Region: Bourgogne, France

Grape: Chardonnay

Jean-Michel Gaunoux is a traditional family producer based in Pommard. This regional Bourgogne comes from vineyards within the Côte d’Or, offering excellent value while showing the elegance the area is known for. Expect apple, citrus, subtle oak, and balanced freshness.

Pair with roast chicken, salmon, mushroom dishes, creamy risotto, or soft cheeses.


Paitin Barbera d’Alba Serra 2023

Region: Piedmont, Italy

Grape: Barbera

Paitin is one of Piedmont’s historic family estates, better known for Barbaresco, but they give the same care to this Barbera. It is vibrant and juicy with blackberry, cherry, plum, and lively acidity that makes it incredibly food friendly.

Enjoy with pizza, pasta with tomato sauce, grilled sausage, burgers, barbecue, or aged cheeses.


Domaine Stéphane Magnien Coteaux Bourguignons Tradition 2022

Region: Bourgogne, France

Grape: Pinot Noir and Gamay

The Coteaux Bourguignons appellation allows both Pinot Noir and Gamay, creating wines that combine Pinot’s elegance with Gamay’s bright fruit. Stéphane Magnien farms sustainably in Morey-Saint-Denis, crafting wines with freshness and balance. Look for red cherry, raspberry, subtle spice, and soft tannins.

Great with charcuterie, roast chicken, grilled pork, burgers, or mushroom dishes.


Carpineto Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva 2020

Region: Tuscany, Italy

Grapes: 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo Nero

Carpineto has helped establish Vino Nobile di Montepulciano as one of Tuscany’s classic wines. The Riserva spends extended time aging before release, developing layers of cherry, dried herbs, leather, tobacco, and spice with beautifully integrated tannins.

Pair with grilled steak, braised short ribs, lamb, wild mushroom dishes, or aged Pecorino.


Brotte Les Hauts de Barville Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge 2020

Region: Southern Rhône, France

Grapes: Primarily Grenache with Syrah and Mourvèdre

The Brotte family has been making wine in the Rhône Valley since 1931. Châteauneuf-du-Pape is famous for its rounded stones that absorb heat during the day and release it overnight, helping grapes ripen fully. This wine is rich with blackberry, raspberry, herbs, pepper, and warm baking spices.

Serve alongside grilled lamb, roast beef, duck, hearty stews, or smoked meats.


Fattoria Uccelliera Castellaccio 2018

Region: Tuscany, Italy

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot

Castellaccio is a Bordeaux-inspired Tuscan blend from the Uccelliera estate near Montalcino. It combines ripe dark fruit with notes of cedar, tobacco, spice, and polished tannins, showing both Tuscan character and international elegance.

Enjoy with grilled steaks, beef tenderloin, lamb, roasted vegetables, or aged cheeses.


Château Haut de la Bécade Pauillac 2020

Region: Pauillac, Bordeaux, France

Grapes: Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and Petit Verdot

Pauillac is one of Bordeaux’s most celebrated appellations and home to several First Growth estates. Château Haut de la Bécade delivers the classic style the region is known for, offering black currant, blackberry, cedar, graphite, and refined structure with excellent aging potential.

Pair with ribeye, roast lamb, beef bourguignon, mushrooms, or hard aged cheeses.
